High Court win for Clarksons

The High Court in London has today rejected claims totalling $20.7m. against Clarksons, the shipping services group.

These sums had been included as contingencies in the 2010 financial accounts. Clarksons say they no longer have these liabilities.

However, the High Court decision is subject to appeal.
