PIK Group says Russian property market recovering

Russian property developer, PIK Group says that it sees clear signs of the market recovering and the Group is considering re-starting its regional operations.

Since early June 2010, PIK has launched new pre-sales programmes at 25 properties, including 19 in the Moscow Metropolitan area.

The scale of new launches has been accelerating since September 2010 with PIK launching apartment sales at 17 properties.
