JPMorgan Chase tender offer has 83% take-up
Preliminary results of JPMorgan Chase's tender offer for the 5.875% capital securities, series O, of JPMorgan Chase Capital XV reveal a take-up of 83.1%
JPMorgan Chase says the total - including consents by holders who have not tendered securities under the offer - is approximately 86.7% of the outstanding aggregate liquidation amount of the securities.
The tender offer is scheduled to expire at 11:59 p.m., New York City time, on 27 December.
