BT sells French application development business
BT Global Services has sold its French application development services business to French IT services company Osiatis.
The sale will be effective from today (1 June).
BT says the sale allows BT Global Services in France to focus further on its core strategy, which is to offer networked IT services and communications solutions to corporate customers and the government sector.
The unaudited gross assets of the business being sold were â¬1.84m at the end of March.
At 8:44am: (LON:BT.A) BT Group share price was +2.1p at 208.4p
