bmi Regional sale completed

International Airlines Group's sale of bmi Regional to Sector Aviation Holdings has been completed.

bmi Regional is based in Aberdeen and flies to 14 destinations from UK regional airports.

IAD signed a binding agreement to sell bmi Regional to Sector Aviation Holdings for a total consideration of Â£8m in cash on 10 May.

At 9:50am: (LON:IAG) share price was +0.05p at 138.75p
