Major Board changes at GlobeOp Financial Services

GlobeOp Financial Services has announced that following the cash offer for the company from SS&C Technologies Holding Europe becoming wholly unconditional, Edward Nicoll, Jonathan Meeks, Eileen Fusco, David Gelber and Arun Seth have resigned from the Board.

William C. Stone, Normand A. Boulanger, Patrick J. Pedonti, David N. Reid and Christophe Maillard, have been appointed non-executive directors.

At 12:21pm: (LON:GO.) share price was +1p at 484.5p
