Fluormin shares drop over 8% after change of chairman

Shares in Fluormin, a producer of acid grade fluorspar, dropped over 8% has announced that Nicholas Davidoff has resigned from the Board with immediate effect and will be replaced in the role of non-executive chairman by existing board member James Passin.

Mr. Gourley has also resigned as co-CEO, but will remain on the Board as a non-executive and assist the company in a review process.

At 12:37pm: (LON:FLOR) share price was -1.75p at 19.5p
