Spar Nord sells Swedish leasing portfolio
Spar Nord's Swedish subsidiary, SN Finans Nord AB, has sold about 40% of its total portfolio to Wasa Kredit, a subsidiary of Länsförsäkringar AB.
Wasa Kredit will take over five employees and financing contracts for a total of approximately SKr800m.
Spar Nord says the agreement will not affect its forecast for the group's core earnings before impairment in 2012, as SN Finans Nord AB has been categorised as a discontinuing activity since September 2011.
