Ladbrokes has been awarded an e-gaming licence in Spain and will launch its new website in accordance with the introduction of the new gaming regulations on 5 June.
The site - http://www.LBapuestas.es - will offer a wide range of sportsbetting, casino and poker services.
Chief executive Richard Glynn said: "We are pleased to be among the first wave of regulated operators in Spain and an online marketing campaign for the Euros will begin on our first day of operation in line with the regulatory timetable."
Ladbrokes already operates a successful retail joint venture in the Madrid and Aragon regions of Spain.
The JV, called Sportium, currently has 192 outlets across the two regions with expansion into further regions expected later this year.
