Marilyn Salkeld FCSI

Branch Manager

Marilyn was born in Cardiff in 1950 but has spent the majority of her life in the north west of England. In 1984, following employment with Marks & Spencer plc, K Shoes Ltd, Barclays Bank plc and Norweb plc she joined Stancliffe Todd & Hodgson in Carlisle at the start of the privatisation era.

The company became part of Allied Provincial Securities plc where she took and passed extensive industry examinations and became an Associate Director. Following the closure of the Carlisle office in 1995 she was approached by Hargreave Hale to become the Branch Manager.

Marilyn leads an all female team in Carlisle.
